SharePoint Support Engineer

Brief Job Description:

The SharePoint Support Engineer is part of TCO IM Content Management and responsible for managing TCO SharePoint sites/collections, provide SharePoint technical support and training to end/power users. Responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for debugging, troubleshooting and deploying SharePoint solutions utilizing SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013. Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues.

 

Specific Candidate Skills:

  • Higher IT technical education, with two or more years' experience.

  • Experience with application installation, support and troubleshooting.

  • General PC support skills and the Proven capability to successfully troubleshoot software problems

  • Prior experience in SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 support.

  • Ensure compliance, integrity and reliability of supported systems.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.

  • Ability to produce quality work in a timely fashion; Prioritizing skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving/analytical skills;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users.

  • Intermediate oral and written English communication skills

  • Teamwork skills; Self-starter
