Troubleshooting in JDE System

Provide recommendation/suggestion to resolve bugs if it should be done by end user

Work with ITSD to create incident and assistance
Required Candidate Skills:

Understanding ERP system

Programming knowledge

Strong analytical skills, communication, prioritization skills
Nice to have:

Knowledge on JDE E1 development tools

At least 3 years’ JDE support and development

Knowledge of functionality/processes in one of JDE E1 modules
