EC / INDX Admin
Scope of work:
-
Perform applications technical support by administration, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, incident resolution, request fulfilment and change implementation
-
Work in the team of applications technical support and collaborate with other peers
-
Ensure compliance of supported applications and its components with corporate standards
-
Create and keep respective support documentation up-to-date
-
Ensure backup and maintain recovery plan
-
Support of respective business processes, e.g. Month Closure etc.
-
Follow respective IT and Business process procedures, e.g. MOC, RCA etc.
-
Assist in the system upgrade, patching and other maintenance works
-
Share lessons learned and knowledge with peers
-
Work with customers to identify and document their needs
-
Translate customer needs to technical specifications and project execution plans
Skills required:
Experience in the Information Technologies should be not less than 2 years
- Network

Basic understanding of network concepts, i.e. DMZ, PCN and Corporate Business Network

Basic knowledge of network layers like TCP/IP
- Server

Skilled in Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016 administration

Basic understanding of Java environment
-
Skilled in configuration of MS Internet Information Server (IIS)
- Database

Skilled in working with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014
-
Skilled in working with Oracle 11g/12c
- Scripting
-
Skilled in using T-SQL, PL-SQL, PowerShell, VBA scripting, MS Windows Command Prompt standard commands to troubleshooting and maintenance
- Applications

Basic understanding XHQ INDX application

Basic understanding Energy Components application
-
Awareness about PI Data archive, PI Interfaces and PI Asset Framework

Basic undestanding of Reporting platforms: SAP Crystal Reports and Microsoft SSRS
